CORSA B LEAK DIS unit?
I have a 1997 1.2 petrol vauxhall corsa. There is black oil dripping from the DIS unit (coil). Its dripping from the bottom HT wire connector (not the end with the spark plug) and the base of the DIS unit is damp with oil. Its dripping a fair bit, the right hand side of the engine is covered and im concerned that it will cause more problems. There are no obvious signs of where actually the oil is coming from, no obvious leaks,cracks anywhere etc. The HT connector has oil residue in it but im not sure if this is because it is the thing leaking or because of the oil getting in there from somewhere else.
I have taken it to many garages but am getting pretty tired of their incompetance to find the problem. Its definately not the oil pressure switch or head gasket. Does anybody have any ideas of the problem, or even better a cheap solution.

The 1.2 engine was famous for rocker cover gasket leaking oil, this would get blown everywhere in engine bay. check that cover screws are tight, you may need a new gasket, quite cheap any motor factors.
