No doubt, snap-on tools are the best. I have snap-on's my self. They are expensive but a good investment, they are tough and durable plus you can exchange them if they break, you could always sell them when you no longer need them
but as a student on a tight budget you may settle for the craftsman brand they are cheaper also durable and also exchageable. the craftsman tools I bought in 1997 are still good today.

now these items dont have to be snap-on or craftsman. the cheaper brands will work equally well.
